Get Grounded to prevent cancer

Home » Prevention » Get grounded or earthed

Grounding, often called earthing, means deliberately connecting the body to the Earth’s surface, usually by walking barefoot on grass, soil, sand, or stone, or by using conductive mats, sheets, or patches connected to the ground port of an electrical outlet or to a grounding rod.

The central claim is simple: because the Earth carries a subtle negative electrical charge, direct physical contact may allow electrons to move into the body, potentially affecting inflammation, oxidative stress, autonomic balance, sleep, pain, blood viscosity, and stress physiology.

Grounding may have mild physiological effects, especially on relaxation, sleep, pain perception, and stress regulation, but the evidence remains preliminary. The strongest practical version is simply spending more time outdoors barefoot or in direct contact with natural surfaces, where benefits may come from grounding itself, nature exposure, daylight, fresh air, movement, reduced stress, and nervous-system downshifting.

Get Grounded

According to this 2020 study, Earthing (grounding) :

  • Connects people to the Earth’s natural healing energy.
  • Reduces inflammation, pain, and stress
  • Improves blood flow, sleep, and vitality.
  • Should be recommended by health professionals to patients.

Note: Earthing has broad physiological effects. As a result, medication dosages may need to be monitored. For instance, Earthing has a mild blood thinning effect, and may improve thyroid function and blood sugar regulation.

Conclusion: Ongoing research shows that Earthing augments the physiology’s infrastructure from the foundation up. As the burden of global disease and pain conditions grow increasingly larger, it is more necessary than ever to promote effective prevention and lifestyle practices. Such practices should include Earthing. Earthing means a return to a forgotten and vital aspect of Nature – Earth’s healing properties – that has great potential to both prevent and treat common disorders afflicting modern society.

Editors note: While we can benefit from “grounding” on the grass or on the beach, we need to be extremely careful about instructions on the internet for “home-made” devices that plug into electrical outlets to make a “grounding” connection to the earth. In the event of lightening, for example, this could prove fatal.

… if you can increase the thinning of your blood naturally by grounding, you can fight off disease. Not only heart disease and stroke, but I’m thinking cancer, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, or any illness that requires good oxygenation to the tissues.
